Boiler Annual Service
We can carry out an annual service for your boiler, this includes:
- Checking all components
- Checking for leaks
- Cleaning out the boiler (when necessary)
- Removing and cleaning the condensate trap
- Combustion analysis of the boiler
- Gas tightness test for the property
- Checking of the heating system and associated controls.
- Recommendations for any energy efficiency improvements.
An annual service starting from £50
Boiler Breakdown Repair
If your boiler stops working efficiently or stops working altogether we can diagnose the fault and will do our best to fix this on our first visit, however this may not always be possible. Boiler repair includes:
- Diagnosis of faults
- Repairs to components when possible
- Replacement of any parts (when available)
- Boiler replacement if necessary
Boiler repair from £50 for the first hour and an additional £30 each hour thereafter.
Boiler Installation
If you're looking for a new boiler we can carry out domestic gas boiler replacements and new boiler installations. We will recommend which type of boiler will best fit your property.
As, each home is different please get in touch and we can provide you with a quote for the boiler to best suit your needs.
*We currently do not install oil boilers however keep your eyes peeled as we are hoping to add this service in the future.
Central Heating Repair
We can carry out repairs to your central heating system including:
- Radiators
- Pipework
- Thermostatic radiator valves
- Thermostats and smart thermostats
- Programmers and timers
- Pumps

- Immersion heaters
- Hot water cylinders (replacement also available)
